I hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Noir Lux Candle Bar, its managers, members, and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or otherwise, which may arise from my participation in any workshops or classes, resulting products from workshops or classes, or from use of equipment provided by Noir Lux Candle Bar. I accept full liability for creations made by the participant in the workshop.
